David Simmons was EXTREMELY helpful! Although we have owned several homes in the last thirty years, this is our first home in a beach town, so we had a lot to learn. David explained the different coverages AND the differences between the coverage from one company to another. As a matter of fact, he took the time to make a spreadsheet that detailed all the important information from each insurance company so we could compare and contrast the data. As we are two nerdy engineers, David spoke our language! 🤣 It is free to get a quote, so you literally have nothing to lose. Call David Simmons when it is time to renew (or buying for the first time)!!

I was so happy to find GreatFlorida insurance! The representatives are all super friendly and helpful. We requested Homeowners insurance quotes from 7 different companies when we purchased our house. GreatFlorida beat them all by atleast $1100. If you're hunting for insurance, you definitely need to check them out.
